The Public Foundation of Hope signed a cooperation agreement with the Tallinn Social and Health Board to start with two different weekly addiction counseling groups.
One group started in cooperation with the Suur-Sõjamäe unit of the Tallinn Social Work Center (TSK), where group counseling takes place once a week until the end of the year and includes raising the topic, lectures and discussions. TSK clients can grow trough social learning process and be encouraged by improvement of each other. The groups are conducted by peer counselor Viljam Borissenko.
Another addiction counseling group started in the Salvation Army at Katusepapi 23, Tallinn. It is a Russian-speaking group and is open to all addicts who want to change their lives and become free from addiction. Similar to the first group, there is also a different topics, lecture and discussion raised at each meeting. The group’s leaders are peer counselors Viljam Borissenko and Jüri Põld.
