Recognition from the minister of justice: Civic Courage Award and Letters of Appreciation

On 3 December, Minister of Justice Urmas Reinsalu honoured outstanding people with civic courage awards and letters of appreciation. Among others, letters of appreciation were received by people involved with the Public Foundation of Hope – Bishop Oleg Pronin (NGO Manna), Juri Mõsnik (the Uus Põlvkond Temperance Union) and Viljam Borissenko (Open Foundation of Hope) – for their service of reintegrating people released from prison into society.
