The goal of the project is to increase the service quality of organizations that resocialize alcohol and drug addicts based on Christian values by increasing the competence of employees and initiating the creation of a specialist competence center for partners.
The project period is 1.12.2022 – 31.01.2024, and during the project we will cooperate with NFCS’s development expert Jaan Aps. We carry out various trainings, joint activities, also develop cooperation with various agencies from the top of the organizations, including Unemployment Department, National Institute for Health Development, Social Insurance Board and local governments. An important part of the project is also the creation of the team of the competency center to be created and the completion of the social worker’s internship to start the work.
