In cooperation with the Tallinn Social and Health Board and the Tallinn Sobriety House, a two-month pilot project will be held, during which clients who have been brought to the sobriety house will be counseled and every effort will be made to contribute to the reduction of repeat visits. If the pilot project is successful, the city of Tallinn plans to permanently finance counseling in the sobriety house.
Peer counseleurs Viljam Borissenko (VIVICUM) and Konstantin Vainula (Living Israel Toetav Abi) participate in the project.
