Public Foundation of Hope to be added to income tax incentive list of NPOs

A decision signed by the Tax and Customs Board on 30 April 2019 will see the Public Foundation of Hope added to the list of non-profit organisations, foundations and religious associations eligible for an income tax incentive as of 1 July 2019. In the case of donations made to associations on this list, an individual can deduct the donations from their taxable income, and the donations are exempt from tax to a limited extent for donating entrepreneurs.
