Viljam Borisenko, a member of the board of the Public Foundation of Hope, was trained as a intern at the Substance Abuse Residental Care Center of Viljandi Hospital. The internship was supervised by the center’s leader Rita Kerdmann and was completed in the framework of the Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work in Tallinn University. Same time it is a important landmark in setting up perspectives of development and the establishment of a center of competence over rehabilitation centers.
