Latest Rehabilitation Academy for addiction specialists held on 5 & 6 March
The Rehabilitation Academy for addiction specialists is an experience-counselling workshop based on best rehabilitation practices for specialists. The second session of the Academy took place at Mäetaguse Manor Hotel in Alutaguse with participants from 12 different organisations.
The theme of the seminar was calling for changes in your life and the lives of others. The need for change in personal life and the life of an organisation was discussed by EECBC Union president Erki Tamm. Viljam Borissenko (Public Foundation of Hope) talked about burnout and myths related to it and about influencing people’s lives by setting an example. The leaders of various centres talked about their everyday lives and the problems and pleasures involved in bringing changes into life. We also visited the New Opportunity Centre in Iisaku.
The second session of the Rehabilitation Academy was held with support from the state budget.
